It is surrounded by a veritable park of maritime pines, oaks, chestnuts, holly, laurels, pomegranates, quinces, cherry trees and strawberry trees, as well as avenues of splendidly flowering hydrangeas in spring. Inside the green area there are two swimming pools – a large one (30m x 10m) and a smaller one (15m x 7m), an area equipped for a barbecue, two tennis courts and a volleyball court.
In the paintings of the current library, in the corners, there are the coats of arms of the two Orsini and Torlonia families. On that of the Orsini there are the rose and the eel, symbols of the Orsini family, in that of the Torlonia two waving gold comets with a band containing roses that crosses the entire shield.
From that period, one can also observe fake architectures painted in fresco, in a room on the ground floor and in the covered cloister. The renovations ended in 1834, with the current arrangement of the entrance hall, which was previously the farmyard belonging to the casino, the monumental staircase leading to the upper floor and the adjoining garage transformed into a hall, the current music room.
This transformation is clearly evident from the Gregorian cadastres of 1819 and 1890, where in the first one sees the buildings separated from the farmyard adjacent to them while, in the second, the villa already appears in its final layout.
